Amberlie’s introduction to studying the body and Nervous System began with yoga, which she began teaching in 2012 and accumulated over 1,000 hrs of study and training. She studied and trained under David Garrigues from January 2016-2019 and continued to teach and study the Vinyasa Yoga system until 2024.

In the 2024 she began training in Craniosacral Therapy under Eric Ruben, DC. She has also trained under Lori Hendrickson in the CST and fascia release protocol for infants. She continues to attend workshops and classes to grow the depth of her work. Amberlie’s fascination with Craniosacral and its myriad of benefits keep her ever curious and excited to continue learning.

She studied channeling under Dr. Matt Turner and completed Level 1 of Holy Fire Reiki in 2019.
